Refund and cancellation policy

Checkout is not open yet. This policy describes how purchases will work once it opens.

Dated report ($29)

If you cannot download your report, or it is materially different from its description, email support@commercialrenovationwatch.com from your purchase address within 14 days of purchase. We will fix the problem or refund the payment.

Monthly access ($49 per month)

Cancel at any time yourself through Link order management. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We never restart a canceled subscription. If we cannot supply refreshed research for an extended period, we stop future renewals so you are not charged for updates we cannot provide. If something went wrong with a charge, email us within 14 days of it.

How refunds work

• Refunds go back to the original payment method and include any sales tax you paid.
• Payment and refund questions can also go to Link support, which may issue refunds within 60 days in certain cases.
• A refunded or disputed purchase loses access to its report or service period.
• Orders we cannot serve under our current launch scope (business buyers with a US billing address) receive no access and are refunded in full automatically.
• Cancellations and cash refunds are different things; canceling does not by itself refund a period you already paid for.
