Recover access to your purchase
- From the same email address you used at checkout, send an email to support@commercialrenovationwatch.com with the subject “Access recovery”.
- Once recovery is connected, our email system checks that the message really came from that address and replies with a one-time sign-in link that expires after 15 minutes.
- Open the link in the browser you want to use and confirm. It signs that browser in to the purchases made with that email address. Nobody can request a link for your address from this website.

Automatic sign-in links are not being sent yet, so none will arrive. Your purchase records are kept. You can still manage receipts and subscriptions at Link.
